These Terms & Conditions govern your use of goexch.org.in and the GoExch9 ID service. By requesting an ID or using the platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older. We may suspend any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming with real money is lawful in your state or jurisdiction before participating.
• One player, one identity: creating multiple IDs to abuse bonuses is prohibited.

2. The Service

GoExch9 facilitates the creation of betting exchange IDs through WhatsApp. After your first deposit (minimum ₹100) is confirmed, login credentials are delivered in the same WhatsApp chat, typically within 2 minutes. The platform itself operates as a peer-to-peer exchange where players bet against each other and a small commission is charged on winnings.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₹100. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100.
• Deposits and withdrawals carry zero fees from our side.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–15 minutes, 24/7, to your registered bank account or UPI ID only.
• Always confirm payment details in the official WhatsApp chat before transferring. We are not responsible for funds sent to unverified numbers or third parties claiming to represent GoExch9.

4. Bonus Rules

New IDs receive a 5% bonus on a first deposit of ₹5,000. The bonus is fully withdrawable with no rollover requirement. No other bonus is offered — please do not message support requesting additional bonuses. Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, self-matching) leads to forfeiture.

5. Account Responsibility

• Keep your username and password confidential. Anything done through your login is your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, message WhatsApp support immediately for a password reset.
• Official platform links are updated periodically for security; always use the link provided by the support team.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes raised in bad faith.
• Use of bots, automation, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Abusive behaviour towards support staff.
• Any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

7. Risk Disclosure & Liability

Betting involves financial risk and can be addictive. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, GoExch9 is not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or losses arising from your betting decisions. 8. Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are subject to our AML Policy. Withdrawals are locked to the registered account of the depositing player; third-party payments are refused.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms or suspend service for maintenance or security at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms, with legitimate balances settled after review.
